The primary objective of the WEC is to provide a safe and supportive environment for women in the college and to encourage them to become independent, confident, and assertive individuals.
Activities: The WEC of this institution conduct various activities to promote gender equality and women's empowerment. These activities may include organizing workshops, seminars, and guest lectures on topics related to women's rights, gender equality, sexual harassment, and other relevant issues. The WEC may also organize training programs to develop leadership skills, financial literacy, and entrepreneurship among women students.
Counselling and support services: The WEC provide counselling and support services to women students who have faced any kind of harassment, discrimination, or violence. The WEC may have a designated counsellor who can provide confidential and sensitive counselling to women students
Events: The WEC may organize events to celebrate and showcase the achievements of women in the college. These events may include women's day celebrations, women's sports events, self defence and other activities that promote women's empowerment.
